IN SHOP EXPERIENCE
We're all here to have a good time . . . and if we're not then we're doing it wrong. So tell us how you made out - we really do want to know! We wouldn't be here without YOU and we want to know what else we can do to keep you coming back. No comment is too small or big - we read them all.
We don't accept returns but we do allow you to make an exchange if you're not absolutely in love with your purchase. The reasons for not accepting returns are too numerous to list, but we'd be awfully scary folks if we made you keep something that didn't fit (although we strongly encourage you to use the Rabbit Hole while you're here), or didn't suit your fancy for some other reason. So long as the merchandise still has all the tags attached and is in like-new resalable condition and you have your receipt, we're happy to let you swap for something awesomer. Yep . . . that's now a word. Only exceptions to this policy are hair feathers and wigs and hats . . . those can't be returned or exchanged so make sure you love 'em before you leave.
Exchanges accepted in 15 days if the item is in original condition. Sale items are always final. Same as in-shop, really. All postage is the responsibility of the customer and is nonrefundable.
We currently offer Store Pick-Up at our Towers Mall Location. Most orders are ready in 72 hours or less. Bring your ID or order confirmation email to the check-out counter and a Hippy will help you on your way!
Signing up for the A Little Bit Hippy mailing list means you will receive up to, but not more than, five emails a month containing coupons, news, invitations to special events, store, and/or sale announcements. Customers who purchase from our online shop will still receive emails regarding their orders without signing up. We promise that we will never sell your information to any third party and we promise never to spam you. You may unsubscribe from the ALBH mailing list at any time.
All of our online orders are packaged and shipped from our Flagship location at Towers Mall in Roanoke, Va.
We ship all our packages with U.S.P.S.
If your package fails to arrive or arrives damaged please refuse shipment and/or contact our store at (540)343-3700.
