We're looking for part-time Hippies (Sales Associates) for our teams! We need Team Members who are friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable, or willing to learn, all things hippy! So you want to be a Hippy? At A Little Bit Hippy retail stores we need hard working fast learners who can adapt to an ever-changing environment. Basic computer skills and previous cash handling/customer service is a bonus! 

Currently offering a minimum of 15 hours a week. More hours always available especially during higher sales volume times. 

Shifts Available: Weekdays, Weeknights, and Weekends. Open to Close.

The Job:

• Be engaging with customers to foster a sense of community.
• Loss Prevention - monitoring the store regularly for missing merchandise or notifying Senior Staff of obvious theft.
• Keep up with the cleanliness of our stores.
• Opening and Closing shift procedures (counting the drawer, running P.O.S reports).
• Putting together displays with our products and clothing.

New employees are subject to a 90-day probationary period.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Starting at $11.00 per hour with possible increase after 90 day probationary period. Based on performance.

Possible Schedules:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
